The weather is FINALLY looking upwards now in PA/WV, meaning we can finally show a little bit of (extremely pale) skin!
While it still can be a little chilly, April marks the worst time of year for me, because I never know what to wear! But I've put together a few different outfits that will hopefully help yinz come up with your own looks!
